Hi there! I’m Philippa, a Londoner for 23 years now, but originally hailing from Aotearoa, New Zealand. I am a certified & female-focused Personal Trainer, Online Health Coach & Pilates Instructor. I began my fitness career because I wanted to support women to improve their lives through helping them fall in love with fitness (like I did!).

I work with women to help them reach their health goals & create long-lasting changes that will get them moving & fuelling their bodies in the best way possible. I do NOT believe in fad diets, body shaming or extreme exercise programmes that aren’t able to fit into their busy lives.  I do believe in consistency, being kind, the power of accountability, learning how to lift & eat properly for your body & its ever changing needs.

I offer 1:1 Personal Training (working across Forest Hill, Sydenham, Dulwich East/West/Village, Honor Oak, Brockley & Crystal Palace) using a combination of strength, mobility & pilates depending on your needs. I promise you’ll come away from our sessions with more energy & I’ll get you moving & lifting all sorts of things you never thought possible!

As an Online Fitness Coach I will take your training & health goals to the next level. You’ll be equipped with a bespoke fitness programme, nutrition planning, lifestyle management with regular check-ins where I’ll be supporting you to reach & smash your goals.

Empowerment through Education: Teach you exercise techniques, correct form & the science behind fitness helping you make informed health decisions.

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation: I prioritise safety & will show you how to exercise safely to reduce the risk of injury or rehab from any current injuries.
